Our proven process and approach is tailored to meet each individual client's needs.  Our
uniqueness lies in our "inside-out" development process that provides rapid results and
positive, measurable outcomes.  This process utilizes the innate skills, knowledge and creativity
of your people to achieve maximum results with minimum investment, and we do it quickly.

We support our clients in taking the necessary and courageous actions to accomplish their
goals.  It's not enough to be inspired or have great ideas.  It is performance that matters.

We facilitate the learning that "involves a fundamental shift or movement of mind" or metanoia
as described by Peter Senge in The Fifth Discipline.  We facilitate learning that truly makes a
difference because it is useful in the day-to-day and is not 3-ring binder theory that gathers dust
on a bookshelf.

How It Works

Our approach is to build quality into the business and operating
processes by taking out variability and/or non-value-added steps
depending upon the symptoms.  This approach minimizes errors
and greatly reduces the amount of steps, time and costs.  Dollars
fall to the bottom line and it happens quickly.

As a rule, we keep it simple.  Knowing that change is never easy,
we focus on results, use appropriate tools, and "just in-time"
training.  When variations in a process are causing problems, we use "Root Cause Analysis" to
produce more consistent results.  When excessive time, lack of flexibility, high costs, or lack of
successful process outcomes are creating undesirable results, we seek to eliminate non-value
added steps.

At times, we may create an entirely new process, while other situations may call for the
elimination of redundancies and bottlenecks.  Even when new processes are implemented,
they are initiated with the idea of using creativity before capital. To an organization, this means
the answer to a problem is rarely found just by throwing more money at it.

The knowledge that resides in the depths of the heart of the organization, i.e. within its workers
is a hidden treasure.  When that creativity is allowed to flourish, there is no end to that potential!
